James was our technician. He was very good in diagnosing my stove problem! Unfortunately, he couldn’t repair and was so apologetic. The parts from Kenmore are no longer available!

The technician was very helpful. The repair to the washer only took a short while. The technician was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous..... The technician's score if 5!! The scheduling process; however, was very difficult. Very disappointed with 'AI ONLY' assistance. Although AI Assistance is programmed to 'sound so real,' it is impossible to anticipate total human interactions. Very frustrating! My initial appointment scheduled for July 3, 2026 was cancelled without my knowledge. Such an inconvience to schedule time off work or change your daily routine and sit there waiting, trying to guess what time the technician will arrive. Update notifications are not in real time. I may not take this route again with my other Sears Kenmore appliances.

Didn't like the fact that I had to stay home all day when he didn't show up until the afternoon. Plus, it still makes a lot of noise when working.

Due to no fault of William, the technician, several attempts were made to resolve the issue with my appliance. Parts delayed from ordered time of service. Return visits, having to change availability was too time consuming over a few wk period. AI system is not user friendly or dependable. William, the tech, was very professional in getting the job done. Very friendly and accommodating.

The technicians were awesome. The scheduling times and windows are very inconvenient. The technician repaired in a timely manner it just took 3 visits to have it done. I would give a 3 rating but the technician was awesome
