Due to no fault of William, the technician, several attempts were made to resolve the issue with my appliance. Parts delayed from ordered time of service. Return visits, having to change availability was too time consuming over a few wk period. AI system is not user friendly or dependable. William, the tech, was very professional in getting the job done. Very friendly and accommodating.

The technicians were awesome. The scheduling times and windows are very inconvenient. The technician repaired in a timely manner it just took 3 visits to have it done. I would give a 3 rating but the technician was awesome

Fred came as soon as he could in light of faulty contact info (My work # rather than my home number), and he showed me how to defrost the fridge to reset the cooling system. He didn't ultimately diagnose the problem b/c he said any of the posdibilities would cost over $400, more than I had budgeted. He was friendly and professional.

Rating 3 stars because the service guy that came out was really nice. Told the guy I wasn’t sure if it was the electrical outlet or the dryer. He said the electrical outlet was positive. However, was told that we needed a new control board for our dryer that would cost $868. We declined since we could just buy a new dryer for that price. We bought a new dryer and had it delivered and installed and it didn’t work. Come to find out, it wasn’t the dryer that was broke or even needed a new control board. It wasn’t our electrical outlet that needed to be replaced. My husband replaced it with a $13 outlet from Lowe’s and we plugged the old dryer in that we were told needed a new control board and it’s been working just fine. We are returning the new dryer that we didn’t need. So unfortunately the Sears service was a waste of money for us and the diagnosis was incorrect.

You all are way overpriced. The dryer is fixed almost $400 later for only a 30day warranty on work completed. Could have bought a new dryer for those prices.
