The technician they send was awesome, however the Sears home warranty services itself is terrible! Initially they said they would not be able to send a repair man today so they tried to get me to cancel but I didn’t I kept calling to confirm the order so they eventually sent a technician! It is impossible to get a live person on the line, which is horrible customer service! But Aaron was great, he did a good job communicating about when he will be here and he fixed my dryer in a reasonable timeframe!

I’ve been waiting on the repair of my refrigerator for over a month, and multiple technicians were supposed to show up only to find out that they have been ordering the wrong parts delivered to my home. Today I was supposed to have an appointment for a technician to come and repair everything. After taking off of work and being present in the home, I received an email saying that they had already completed the order even though nobody has shown up. I’m very upset this has happened, and I feel like any home service repair isn’t taken seriously.

This technician closed out my scheduled appointment and showed the repair was done when in fact never showed up for today's appointment. How can thi6 happen?,I wanted to give zero but didn't have that choice.

We got the parts in the mail. We then got an email that it had been fixed. The parts are still in the boxes and sitting in the kitchen. We literally got an email that said the work had been done and it clearly hasn't.

The repair guy was suppose to come twice and both times never came !! After sitting here waiting for him all day 8-5 because they don't give an exact time! My washing machine is still broke. Normally i thought a technician would call but no contact at all. The system being AI only was also a pain. I couldn't contact anyone about anything and the machine kept going in circles and the chatbot wasn't no better. All this hassle I was better off getting a new washing machine .

The tech’s were great. The company sucks. 2 cancelled appointments, one of them after I had to leave work early to be there.No way to talk to a live person. Never again with this company.

Extremely disappointing experience with Sears Home Protect. I scheduled service and took three separate days off from work around the holidays so a technician could come out. No one ever showed up for any of the appointments, no call, no explanation, nothing. After the third missed visit, I was then told that Sears does not even cover the equipment, and they would not be sending a technician at all. This information should have been communicated upfront, not after repeated no-shows. Because of this, I lost three days of pay during the holidays, which directly affected my ability to provide for my kids. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering Sears Home Protect to think twice. This experience cost me time, money, and a lot of unnecessary stress. Not to mention I can not speak with a human on the phone. It’s all AI generated responses

I originally rated Trent as a five before I tried using my washing machine. When I tried to use my washing machine it was not fixed plus he left a tool behind at the house. He did not try to use the machine to make sure it worked before he left. He gave me his number and I have tried texting him several times with no response. Because of his irresponsibility now I'm going on 3 weeks with no washing machine and now they have rescheduled it again. I will not be renewing my contract with Sears. This is the sorriest customer service from a company that I have ever used. You should have never you hear me never gone 100% AI because it has failed your company.

It's the worst service I've ever known. The technicians don't show up and say that they have already gone or that there was no one. They don't check the appliances and ask for parts without knowing what the problem is. Customer service does not give an answer or tells you to schedule again even if you have been at home all day without being able to go to work
