My daughter dealt with the workmen (1 diagnosed, 2nd came and installed 5 days later). She reported they were nice, worked very fast. Parts ordered were delivered here, and on top of the washer when they arrived to install them. I barely knew they were in the house before they were gone again! Washer is working fine.

Our service rep William Brown was absolutely delightful. He called to say he would arrive within 30 minutes and that he did. He was pleasant and guided us thru his discovery of the issue with our washing machine. He was very In formative and assured us that he would have the issue resolved.
