William was very patient with our D/W repair (Protection Plan). But, It took three weeks, 3 separate parts deliveries, 1 shipping damage, all NOT his fault!! Parts supply system needs/needed work! William explained what was going on, and was finally able to fix it. Very good face-to-face customer service. Thank you William.
