Dillion was professional and explained everything in a manner easily followed. His knowledge on thw frontloader was great. I am a first time owner of one. He was very patient and asked se eral time if o had any more questions or concerns. He is an asset to your company. As a trauma nurse of 30 years can say dealing with the public is harder than most understand. He was great

Sears Tech, Jonathan was on time, he explained what he was doing and what we might do to maintain our unit in good working condition. He was very knowledgeable and thorough even in checking carbon dioxide level. Very pleasant personality.
