The technician lied and said he wasn’t able to get in contact with us and that he showed up at our home. We have cameras and the cell phone record to show otherwise. Also, this was the second time they were supposed to come out because the guy said he couldn’t move the stove/oven by himself. Now, they have closed out our service order.

This is the worst service I ever tried to deal with. They kept telling me I didn't have an appointment today. I know I do. I been waiting a whole month for someone to come fix my dryer. No one has show up yet. Better business needs to know about this. They charging you $100 and no one comes. The tech came last week he didn't do anything. I call reschedule for today, they say I don't have an appointment. This is what!

Absolutely the worst ! Messaging and emailing me every day to remind me about my appointment just to reschedule half way through the day of for 3 weeks . Good luck getting someone on the phone to talk to .Get home 3 and half hours after the service and my freezer is worse than before !!

They were supposed to service my MIL refrigerator but failed to do that. Went out to "diagnose" appliance but we're in and out in 10 minutes possibly even less. After that they kept cancelling the follow up appointments. Finally we decided to get the manufacturer to send out a competitor of theirs instead and they fixed it the same day. Definitely avoid sears. There is a reason they went bankrupt years ago.

He came to home and didn't do anything told me that it couldn't be done he didn't check anything that it couldn't be fix.and sear do not carry the parts.and I'm not happy so why am I spending my money
