Worst customer service I have ever received. I will never buy another extended warranty that will be serviced by Sears. The technician that finally came after 2 months was fine but the company needs to put a person on the phone to help keep their customers.

I called them in morning and they schedule appointment also but after 5 hours technician called me and inform me, we do not repair midea washers. whomsoever was scheduling the appoint don't know that you guys don't do the midea washer repair. waste my whole day.

Technician never showed and wrote information that was not the truth in his report. This is the worst service I have ever had when it comes down to a repair.

Very poor experience with Sears Appliance - took over a month to get dryer fixed. Wrong part originally ordered, then days in a row stayed out house waiting for tech only to watch the "appt time" move later and later in the day until a notice that it was being rescheduled came through. One day reached out when we kept seeing the change only to learn in the afternoon that they forgot to assign it to a driver. Concerning since the time kept being pushed etc. New parts ordered after tech finally made it with 3-5 business days to arrive; took 2 weeks and they came in Amazon envelopes. Took over a week to get tech there even though they said repeatedly made priority due to the issues and errors on their end. Finally after 30 days, today it was taken care of. Tech himself was very helpful. Sears support was terrible with a call center and no ability to talk to same "person" or "supervisor"

We went a hold month from July1,to August 2, 24 before, we got our refrigerator fix, on August 2, we lost food, could not talk to anyone on the phone, just the machine. The technician was great. He did his job good.

This is the worst repair company I have ever dealt with. They sent someone out to see what was wrong and ordered parts. Then they no showed the follow up appointment. I rescheduled on their website, and the guy came and the circuit board they mailed was used, covered in cat hair and burned and the drain was broken. So he ordered new parts, and scheduled a time to come back. He no showed that day. I rescheduled on their website and since has no showed 2 more times this week! The phone numbers don’t work, and you cannot talk to anyone from the company. Literally the absolute worst. I have been waiting for a month to get my LG washer fixed. I spoke with LG and they say because their is an active order they cannot start a new service request with someone else. What a huge waste of time and effort. Avoid this company at all cost!

I am having to wait 3 weeks for them to try an find a part that they already know is no longer made for my refrigerator I pay my payment on time every month but the already know the part is no longer made it is a repair or replacement I should not have to wait 3 weeks for them to try to find a replacement that is no longer made!
