They did everything they promised. Kept me informed, showed up and got here on time. Russell was polite, friendly and professional. Went right to work knew immediately what the problem was when I described it, gave me a price and gave me the option to order the part or buy a new washer. Merry Christmas.

I called this business to repair my clothes dryer at my vacation rental in Cashiers. I had to make an appointment thru their AI driven phone system. There is no way to speak to a human. I tried through their online chat, and still no way to speak to a human. I accepted the appointment and waited 24 hours until the technician was in route and finally received a phone call. I was told that they cannot perform any work without someone 18 or older at the property without exception. I wish I had that discussion 24 hours prior. Would not have wasted a day. A 10 second conversation with a human is sometimes necessary.

This service is terrible. I waited 4 days for an appointment person to come fix our stove and no one showed up. Never called, came by or anything. Then 10 min. after the appointment window was over, which was 8am to 5pm, so I waited all day, the technician canceled the appointment. When I called Sears back they stated that they could give me a new appointment for a week later. The fact that the technician cancelled the appointment without ever calling or anything didn't matter to them one bit. This service is trash and is reliant on the local in area technicians and if they suck and don't do what they are scheduled for Sear could careless. I will never do business with this repair service again.
