Two weeks before the technician could answer our call for repair of a refrigerator. When he finally arrived, parts had to be ordered and another week went by for the repair to be completed. Technician Matthew was great. Sears apparently needs more technicians.

Wonderful repairman quickly removed the damaged dryer part and replaced it with the proper part that Sears had previously shipped to us. How quickly he got the dryer heating again! Only problem was a one month delay from the time warranty service was requested due to two postponed appointments (not the repairman’s fault, but the company has NO ONE that you can talk to when the automated messages don’t do what they say will happen - such as warning you the night before the repair man arrives). We got one appointment postponed two weeks while the part was ordered, but the part arrived within a few days. For the next appointment we waited all day and no one showed up and then when it was rescheduled for a week later we got only a 90 minute warning via text and email before this great repairman was at our door so we weren’t even expecting him but luckily we were home and it all worked out great.

Larry was an absolutely amazing technician. He was always responsive and had to come out to our location several times... through no fault of his own. However, Lowes and A&E were a big disappointment. You want to think that Lowes pushes their protection plan because they have faith in the products they are offering and want to provide you with extra protection. I found that not to be the case. I could never get an actual person to speak with and when I finally did, they were useless both at Lowes and A&E. Lowes obviously doesn't care about the people they employ to get the service scheduled....nor do they care about their customers. Please think about buying their protection plan in the future. I could have paid for a new refrigerator with the amount of shifts I had to give up.

Service man did not show up today. I got an email saying I wasn’t home. I was waiting for him. He did not knock or ring the bell. The email said he left me a voice mail. He did not! There’s no way to talk to a human. I’m disgusted.

I was promised I would get a refund for everything except half the service call fee since the technician misdiagnosed and couldn’t repair the washer. I called the company 2 weeks later and was told all the notes were there from the tech about the refund and a refund would be processed. I waited another 2 weeks and have disputed the charge through the credit card company. It’s bad business to force someone to keep hounding the issue when it was promised on multiple occasions that it would be taken care of. I would get a full refund for the aggravation!!!!!

Terrible experience with this company. Technician was very friendly and helpful, our washer was working on its own when he arrived but we still paid the $119 “diagnostic” fee even though there was nothing to diagnose. We were told if the problem came back in the next few days they would come out and wave that fee since we already paid it with them not having to diagnose any issue. Two days later, problem returned and the company tells us we will have to pay that fee once again unless we approve of the estimate for repair. This is not what was communicated by the technician and makes no sense. The company rep was only interested in selling us their insurance plan and was incredibly rude when I tried to explain what was communicated to us by the technician. It all feels like a scam, very disappointed.
