Robert M did a great job. Professional and courteous but Sears did the worst job. Making me wait all day without giving a more precise arrival time and it taking two visits with a total wait time to get it repaired is out of bounds and unacceptable. Other repair services provide a two hour window and cane sooner and got it fixed quicker. Sears will always be the last call I make. Maybe Tutors in Saltillo will hire him and I can get my things fixed sooner without wasting my time. I can assure you my time is more valuSble than Sears.

Steve, your technician worked hard to correct the oven problem. When the shipped part did not resolve the issue, he made several calls to Thor and actually came up with his own solution, which corrected the problem. I appreciate his persist and expertise.
