Anthony checked everything and found the problem when others couldn't . He was very informative along the way letting me know each step he was taking. Once he discovered the problem, he had it fixed in no time and did a great job of explaining the problem. Once he was finished he wanted us to know the expectations for the freezer and how long it might take to freeze the items that we had. Great Job!
