The parts are still in the box at my house

Parts were ordered to fix washer. When I finally got somebody from Sears on the phone they said the technician marked the job as complete. I asked them how that was possible when the parts the technician ordered were still unopened in the box. They basically said to take it up with my home warranty. Be prepared to take an entire day off of work to wait on somebody to show up. Their estimated time is from 8-5. It will give you an more "precise" ETA on the day of the service, but the guy showed up several hours before that precise ETA the first time he came out, and they don't call you.

Technician never showed up-2nd time

Twice, no technician showed up! No wonder Sears is going under! I will NEVER use Sears for anything nor will I ever recommend Sears for anything!
