Dryer Repair
Gentleman showed up, diagnosed it, then told me it would take two weeks to make repair because he only works Oxford, MS on Monday's and didn't have the part on him.

No one ever showed up so I cannot rate. But I actually cancelled due to the fact for a solid 6 weeks no one ever showed up for the appointment time. We used another service which was great & they showed up. I know nothing about Robert but I do know Sears home services & it is HORRIBLE!

Sears Home service
Your service was poor because you were not knowledgeable on the washer and you lied to my home warranty people and said my washer was secondary damage when in fact you order two different parts to fix my washer. If that was secondary damage you would have known that the first or second time y'all came out to fix my washer. You never even called or showed up the third time to install the second parts you ordered for the third visit on October 12, 2023. That is bad business for such a well known company. The better business bureau well definitely hear from me on your company work behavior.

Not satisfied
The repairman didn't try to repair the dishwasher and makes a receipt that doesn't show the deductible I paid. Seems like a scam. Will be checking what my options are for getting my money back.

Made the problem worse instead of fixing it
While he was very friendly, he did not do the job that he was supposed to. The control module went out on my dishwasher, which is what he was there to fix. After swapping the modules out he never tested the dishwasher to see if it was fixed. Shortly after he left I tried to see if the dishwasher worked correctly and it didn't. Now my dishwasher will not do anything but flash error codes. This is very frustrating considering it took 3 weeks for them to even show up and attempt to fix the dishwasher.

Poor, does not show up, rude
He never came and never replied to my text. He said my house was unsanitary but he never even set foot inside my house. How do you say that when you have not been inside the house. He said American Home Shield denied the claim. I talked to American Home Shield, they did not deny the claim. He closed it and I have his text stating he closed it based off a previous ticket saying the house was unsanitary. The dogs were outside in a fenced yard. The floors had been swept and mopped. How was the house unsanitary? He had no way of knowing. He was rude not to reply or call!

Washer still not working
Technician did a good job installing new shock absorbers, but this did not correct the problem. Washer is still badly out of balance during the spin cycle. It shuts down, and repeats the process over and over. If it cannot complete the cycle, I have to turn the washer off and move the wet clothes to the dryer. The technician cannot stay to see if the repair fixed the problem. You need to send someone to witness the problem. Let me know when they are coming and I can have a load of wet clothes ready for the spin cycle when he arrives. I've put up with this problem for a month, and don't need to wait two weeks for someone to witness this problem. Please help!!!
