I have scheduled for this service three times and all three times, no one showed up. I have been back and forth with this issue and Sear Warranty does not want to replace my product. I don't know what to do other than contact Consumer Protection for not doing what they say they would do. Definitely will not be recommending this company.

BEWARE: TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I have taken off work several times to be home for a scheduled appointment with sears with this technician, after 4 appointments my freezer ice maker is still not fixed. He does not communicate effectively, the last visit he just LEFT without saying anything while I was there. Took the parts back with telling me, complained that I would not give him several bath towels he would need to defrost a small block of ice in the freezer. After he threw a tantrum and left my 13 year old son defrosted it hisself in no less than 15 minutes with no towels needed, the ice separated by itself after it melted a little bit. It is very sad that people like Robert can't do his job effectively and purposely did not communicate, good things do not happen when you do things like that.

Poor Diagnosis and Unnecessary Repair Recommendation

I had a very disappointing experience with this technician. My fridge had an issue with ice dispenser, and instead of properly diagnosing the root cause, they immediately suggested replacing an original part that was still in perfect condition. This would have been an unnecessary and costly repair. After getting a second opinion, I learned the actual problem was something completely different and much simpler to fix. This kind of misdiagnosis shows a lack of thoroughness and raises concerns about integrity. I would not recommend this technician if you value accurate service.

Freezer door misaligned

Jerome was very nice, but he walked in, barely looked at the door and stated "I've never seen this before". Then called another technician because he wasn't sure what the problem could be. He was in my house for 5 minutes, told us he didn't know what was wrong and that we should call an appliance repair shop, charged us $150, and left. Very frustrating. I understand paying a diagnostic or labor fee if that is what we are given, but we were given neither and will have to pay another repair man to finish the job.

You're serviceman didn't fix anything. It was marked complete. I wasn't home so there's no way it's complete. No wonder Sears went out of business!

Lazy service technician

He was not friendly and he made a teen age girl pull the refrigerator out. A teenager… he's is very lazy! Please do not send him back to my house for any further services. I do not want him back at my house. Thank you.

Dryer is still broken

The tech came in and looked at the dryer for maybe 30 seconds. He said it was the belt and we should just order it and do it ourselves, maybe watch a YouTube tutorial. Thought that was kinda weird because I was really hoping to get it fixed that day, that's why I scheduled the appointment. I have no idea how to work on appliances. Anyways I ordered the part but I have no earthly idea how to install it, so it's been two weeks, my dryer is still broken, and I've spent over $200 with you guys for nothing. 👍🏼
