Second Parts Reorder still hasn't sent items
For two weeks in a row, the parts ordered by Anthony P. for the refrigerator repair have not been received. Mr. Anthony was going to talk with administrators to see what was happening and reorder the parts for the third time. In the meantime, I have to throw away food ruined due to malfunctioning parts which is costing me a good deal of money for replacement.

II had to buy a new wall switch because he told me it was bad. turned out the new stove switch he put in was wired wrong .H took a picture of my receipt and I would like my money back

Technician did great but washer still not working saying looking for factory wifi not sure how long this has ti take bits it's in 589 scans what can I do to get my machine working

I give 3 stars because we had a lot of trouble getting techs to come on scheduled days; the ticket would just close and no one came to my house, I am looking forward to this Tuesday 1-7pm hopefully gonna get my dryer fixed!

New pump
New pump put in profile all in on washer/dryer but the technician didn't test it and it still not working water standing in drum. The technician is very good has been here for other services and no complaints.

Very kind and professional, but didn't fix the issue
Cortez was incredibly kind and professional. He contacted me ahead of his visit and was respectful of my home and time. Unfortunately, he did not repair the dishwasher. I'd love to give him five stars, but I'm still stuck with a broken dishwasher.

This was the third time Jayson was scheduled to come to my house to repair my range. The first time we couldn't cut off the gas and I had to pay someone to come install a cutoff valve behind my stove. I called and rescheduled the repair and I tracked Jayson all day so I would be ready for him. The tracker said he was at my house but he never showed up. I had to schedule a third appointment. Today he came and did install the part and inspect the stove. I will never understand what happened the second time. He even put on the account that he was here and completed the job. I had a very hard time getting the third appointment scheduled since he claimed the job was complete. I did not confront Jayson with this today. Thank you.

The machine is not fixed . The problem still exist . More diagnostic screening needs to be done to solve the problem

Poor Service
I have American Home Shield. Sears came out to diagnose my Samsung washing machine. It's been over a week and they still haven't sent the service report to AHS. I would not recommend Sears doing any home repairs.
