He diagnosed the problem immediately. Fixed and secured a drawer. He was able to explain the mechanism and why it was having trouble. Any question he answered politely. I was having a bad dad, I was a little rude but he maintained his friendliness and professionalism. My apologizes to him.

He was prompt and let us know his arrival time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He had to order some parts and when he returned he showed the same courtesy as his initial visit. Everything is working great but now the light in freezer is off! I might be unrelated but it was working until he "fixed" it.
