He was prompt and let us know his arrival time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He had to order some parts and when he returned he showed the same courtesy as his initial visit. Everything is working great but now the light in freezer is off! I might be unrelated but it was working until he "fixed" it.

The work was done done in a timely manner once we were able to get the part and the service man together. It is a wast of time to me to send people out without parts and then have to try and find the parts, reschedule the repair once you are able to locate the part and have it sent to the home, and the repair man may be another week coming to put it in.

Technition was fine no problem there but we still have a issue of why the dryer is cutting off with a roughly 20 min left on timed cycle and restarts it's self after 5 to 10 min or so when this is not the way it ran up until here as of late he said he didn't know why it's doing this are maybe wrinkle sheid was doing it he also stated that the model we have most of them don't have wrinkle Sheld feature on them so the issue is still on going until whirlpool engineers or some one knows why it is doing this tells us

Because of our time is important it would be nice in the future if we could had an exact time that technican can come out to home. Maybe you're booking to many appointments in one day!
