Robert is the best technician I have ever had to work on my appliances. This was his second time as he came the first time to see what was wrong with our refrigerator. He is so pleasant and thoughtful. He told me he was going to be making lots of different noises and going out to his truck often to get things so I would know what was happening. I liked that. He explained everything he did. I hope he is the one to come out the next time I need service. Thank you so much Robert M.!!!!!!!!!!
