My technician was AWESOME. Whatever they are paying him needs to be tripled. He came all the way out to the boonies, dealt with me being half hysterical about the laundry piling up, and fixed the problem quickly. He "gets" how frustrating it is to spend hundreds of dollars on a washer (bought from Lowe's, not Sears) that breaks after 30 days. Straight garbage! At any rate, he saved the day and what little sanity I had left. I didn't get his name in all the chaos but I sure do appreciate him!
