Repairman was nice and fast but cost was outrageous. That’s what I get for being bad at fixing things and not knowing anyone that is. Anyway, I can cook again, so I’m happy.

First tech that came made wrong diagnosis, order wrong part . 2nd tech found the correct problem great job for 2nd tech.

He is very friendly and knowledgeable. I only had a problem with him not showing up or calling to let me know that he wouldn’t be coming the day I was scheduled. Not sure if he is responsible for that or someone else.

Steve did a great job and was very professional. The reason I am only giving a 3 star rating is the labor charge was way too high for the time he was here. I paid almost $300 labor and he was here maybe 30-40 minutes.

BEWARE OF TECHNICIAN ROBERT M. WITH SEARS IN NORTH MS!! I had 3 visits from Sears because they did not have the parts and then had to order parts and when the parts came in the technician said that the parts were the wrong parts and had to order different parts and then this technician opened my freezer to fix it and told me he had to have several towels to clean up the mess and I told him I only had bath towels, and then he took a picture of my freezer issues and then went outside, left the door open when my heater was on 70 and made a phone call and then said nothing and left. My 13 year old son and I defrosted it our self and it took 15 minutes and didn’t even need a Towel. He also showed up over an hour past the time he said he was going to be here. So not only did I stay at my home to wait on him for two hours with the lack of communication he also continued to not communicate closed my order and left.

The A&E Appliance repairman left TWO SCREWS on the floor after installing a new pump on my washer machine NOW there’s a slow leak coming from the left front! Now I can’t seem to get Sears to get someone out to fix the problem he left!

No technican showed up and no dryer was worker on.. said he would be at my @12:17… no one showed up.. the sears indicator showed he was at my home but was not..nothing was done at my home at all today!

There are no live agents for customer service only AI which has limited ability to resolve issues and refers customers to a website which is also very limited. The cost of the diagnostics fee and the minimum labor charge was more than a brand new appliance.

I was told one time that the service technician was coming but he came at a totally different time and I was at work at that time. He told me if I wasn’t there at the time he arrived, he would not wait on me. I work 45 minutes away from my home and the time I made it to work, it was 9:46 am and there was no way I could get there by 10:00 am. He was very rude via text only. The second service technician never showed up. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever experienced with a service technician.
