The red light indicating Fliter needs replacing is still red. So eventhough a new one was installed the refigerator is not filtering or sterilizing the water. What can be done about that? We still have no water. The service person was fine, but the refrigerator is not working. Thank you!

Man, the Sears Technician, did a great job repairing my AC today. He was very polite, competent and worked quickly. I am so pleased to have Sears Home Services. I came home Monday evening to discover that my AC was struggling and my house was warm. I was able to schedule this repair online overnight through the Sears Services Hub and by 9:30 a.m. Tuesday morning it was fixed! Thanks, Man!! Wish I could give you ten stars!!
