The service technician was very courteous and professional. He kept me informed on the status of the ordered parts and when the work order would be complete. I'm with a home warranty company. The price I paid was the deductible required by the warranty company.

Technician was very nice and professional; however, he missed the diagnosis which resulted in my claim’s denial by Choice. I Found someone who found and repaired the problem in less than an hour. No reflection on your technician. It was a mistake any number of repairmen could have made.

Morris was very kind and professional. He was knowledgeable on our repair needs. It was for an LG dishwasher that LG paid the repair. LG was terrible to work with but Sears was wonderful.
