Marcus was great. Very courteous and polite. He replaced my ice maker and I assume it will work fine although I have to wait for it to make ice. I was displeased with the scheduling. This is probably caused by a lack of qualified technicians available or a misunderstanding of the time requirements for certain repairs. Regardless having an open schedule for 8 A.M. to 5 P. M. is ridiculous. Someone has to wait around during that time. Again, Marcus was great. Thank you Marcus.

Morris came the day after I called for repair. He let me know when he would be coming about an hour before he got to our home. The repair was going to be as much as a new dryer costs so we chose to just pay for the service call.

Technician Montavius S came out to diagnose the problem with the furnace in my home. He was very knowledgeable of the problem that I was experiencing. He explained and proceeded to fix the problem/correct the problem. I would recommend this technician to anyone that need some help with their HVAC system.

Service person was great! Unfortunately he could not work on the problem and it had to be resubmitted to Cinch and another technician and service call will be placed. He sent a picture of the non working unit so hopefully Cinch can get it right this time.
