Mr. Morris B was the service technician that came out to fix my stove. He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. After he identified the issue, I declined the repair due to the overall price and only paid the diagnostic fee. I was able to purchase the part and fix the stove myself for $48.00, which was the cost of the part at a local store. The part through Sears was $233.68, which is ridiculous. As for the service technician, I would give him a 10 stars for ratings not just five stars if I could.
