He was very informative on telling me the problem. He tried different places to get the parts need. He reported everything to Sears and Choice Warrenty, my service. He waited around for awhile for answers as to how to proceed. But he had other stops and no one contacted him. He said someone will inform me as to when he can return. He explained I am disabled with numerous health problems especially my lungs. So being without my Air Conditioner is a health hazard. It's 107 in my house. And going to be difficult for me to go a long time before it's fixed. He did his job, just waiting for answers to this problem. Hopefully, I don't have to continue without air much longer. Health hazard.
