The Repair Person was quick and explained to me what to expect and do in the near future. It took 3 months for him to come which was not his fault. The fault lies solely on Home Choice Warranty. I had to contact Home Choice Warranty so many times I was ready to leave my appliance broken forever, since the money I paid Home Choice was going down the drain. Check other companies before you settle on Home Choice Warranty.
