Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable about our refrigerator issue. I was a little bit disappointed that the problem wasn’t fixed as originally scheduled because the part was available.

Technician was great. Only reason for not giving a 5-star rating was the fact that it took so long! We were without a dryer for over 3 weeks and the dryer ended up having to be replaced.

Hi, William came twice very nice very helpful. Said that there are multiple problems with my freezer and that he would let my insurance company know. I called my insurance company because I didn’t receive an email from them and they said that the ticket is still open and nothing has changed and no information had been given to them to know what happened. I need William to let them know that the freezer requires a variety of different problems that need to be fixed. He also took a GE piece that I need if I’m going to fix my freezer I would like it back if I have to go to a private location now and find out if someone can fix it and then have them fix it for me and I need that part from the GE Freezer back thank you. The repair man did not know how to fix my freezer. He tried. I spoke with my insurance agency and they said the ticket is still open with NO information. I need William to write my insurance agency and let them know @ William’s findings.
