Excellent service
Benny was very helpful and kept me informed through the entire process. My washer broke and he was sent out to fix it. He did all the diagnostics and when it still didn't work, he ordered new parts. That happened twice, so he was at my home a total of 3 times. He was very apologetic each time although it wasn't his fault. He would work with the new parts and update me on the status. Finally, the last part ordered did the trick and we're back in business. I'm grateful for a kind serviceman that was patient and friendly. That's not always the case.
