Overall, I rate the company 3 stars. Communication between your company and clients and between your employees needs to improve. I rate William 5 stars. He provided top notch service! I was about to give up on getting my Icemaker repaired. I was frustrated with the process. William stepped in and finally correctly diagnosed the problem. I was so happy he was sent to do the repair. My Icemaker is working! Thank you.
