Michael B. I explained to Michael that I was 82 years old with chronic pain. I said "I can't hear or see well, am unable to remember due to my dementia, & am unable to stand or sit longer than 5 minutes." He even gave me a hand to help me get out of my chair. He explained everything very well & wrote it all down for me. He did my telephone as well as my cellphone work for me. He deserves a medal.
