My stove went out Friday evening. I contacted Lowes here in Meridian Mississippi and put in a service repair request. Mr. Joey with Sears came today and got me back in cook mode again! EXCELLENT Service!

He did a great job! He called me to let me know when he'd be here, he was prompt and pleasant, and he has my washer working again. He explained to me what the problem was and how he discovered it. Nice work!

James worked on my mother’s refrigerator and had to return a couple of times to ensure everything was functioning properly. Since I live out of state, he kept me informed every step of the way. He even called when my mom didn’t answer the door, just to make sure she was okay and that the service could proceed safely. James went above and beyond to resolve the issue to the best of his ability. By the end of the process, it truly felt like he was part of the family. I deeply appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and dedication.
