Joey, the service person, came into my house and went straight to work changing the seal on my dishwasher. After that was replaced he ran a test cycle on my dishwasher to make sure it no longer leaked. No leaks. He then showed me the seal he had removed so I could see why it was leaking. He did not waste any time. I was happy with his service. Thank you Barbara Fuller
