Thank you Mr Joey for all of your knowledge, unfortunately my machine was not repaired, it was deemed unrepairable, only after a Month and a half of trying, a waste of my time the repair man hours, several attempts to order parts, only each time to order the wrong part. This has been a major inconvenience to me and my family. Reimbursement is the only solution; waste of our time can never be recovered. I rate Mr. Joey Knowledge and Professionalism 5 Stars... The A&E company will be the last I do business with, they waste the customers time, after the first 2 attempt to retrieve parts, I think A&E should make wright with the customer, not trying to string them along. I started this process back in mid-January, here it is almost mid-March, that's a shame to string a customer for that long, not thinking how this is inconveniencing the customer. A&E management needs to do better! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER !
