Showed up when he said he would. Worked quickly. Not friendly to borderline rude. Ridiculously expensive but that is partly because of the brand of stove I have. I will likely shop around before I use them again.

When I called this number what I got was a promotion for medical alert bracelet. No information on appliance repair

if i could do 0 stars i would. scheduled a repair 2 months ago just heard back last week with a confirmed time. turns out they put the wrong repair in so i called to fix the info and said someone would be coming out and no one showed up.

We never the technician and we were billed. Sears service is the worst ever service I have had. How can we billed for the services that were not provided. They did the same thing with my AC and still owe me a refund. They said that they would provide AC services and charged 550$ without fixing anything. When I called back they said they don’t provide such service in our zip code. Extremely poor customer service. So hard to get to the right person. You get transferred at least 4/5 times before you speak with someone useful. Would kit recommend Sears. And they don’t care.
