Showed up when he said he would. Worked quickly. Not friendly to borderline rude. Ridiculously expensive but that is partly because of the brand of stove I have. I will likely shop around before I use them again.

The job Isn't completed after 3 technician came in to repair the same job and the new icemaker doesn't work it wasn't installed correctly and it 's too small .and water is still leaking in the top of my refrigerator. Please send a real technician out that knows how to fix the problem

He didn’t check to make sure everything works. Heard he talked to senior tech over the phone He obviously used the test socket to fill agents he already soldered the eight hole. Guess he was hopeful it works over time. Now I see it is not Cold enough at the bottom and ice is not making. Sent the message saved for auto delivery in the morning. Hope he calls me back. Basically the job is not done yet. I am testing with my own ice to see if it’s cold at the bottom freeze. And it’s already melting

Serviceman did not show up. I have waited on him for 3 Mondays and he never showed up now you are asking me to rate someone that was never here. I was told I would have to reschedule and it would cost me another $100 because I had not paid it sense Jan of this year. I told her I have been trying to get my refrigerator fixed since July 2024. She said I stilled had to pay. Why can’t we talk to somebody we can actually communicate with. Don’t use sears only gave 1 because you couldn’t give -0-

I had a coupon for $25 off diagnostics that the tech would not honor even though it was evident on my service request. The tech barely looked at the machine and seemed unwilling to probe or troubleshoot to offer a proper diagnosis. Then the quoted price for the repair was almost $200 more than the price range suggested by Google. The experience made me question the trustworthiness of the tech and company and soured any thoughts I had of hiring them to complete the repair. I will likely end up purchasing a new washer to avoid working with a company that I don’t trust.
