Serviceman did not show up. I have waited on him for 3 Mondays and he never showed up now you are asking me to rate someone that was never here. I was told I would have to reschedule and it would cost me another $100 because I had not paid it sense Jan of this year. I told her I have been trying to get my refrigerator fixed since July 2024. She said I stilled had to pay. Why can’t we talk to somebody we can actually communicate with. Don’t use sears only gave 1 because you couldn’t give -0-

I had a coupon for $25 off diagnostics that the tech would not honor even though it was evident on my service request. The tech barely looked at the machine and seemed unwilling to probe or troubleshoot to offer a proper diagnosis. Then the quoted price for the repair was almost $200 more than the price range suggested by Google. The experience made me question the trustworthiness of the tech and company and soured any thoughts I had of hiring them to complete the repair. I will likely end up purchasing a new washer to avoid working with a company that I don’t trust.

if i could do 0 stars i would. scheduled a repair 2 months ago just heard back last week with a confirmed time. turns out they put the wrong repair in so i called to fix the info and said someone would be coming out and no one showed up.

We never the technician and we were billed. Sears service is the worst ever service I have had. How can we billed for the services that were not provided. They did the same thing with my AC and still owe me a refund. They said that they would provide AC services and charged 550$ without fixing anything. When I called back they said they don’t provide such service in our zip code. Extremely poor customer service. So hard to get to the right person. You get transferred at least 4/5 times before you speak with someone useful. Would kit recommend Sears. And they don’t care.
