Bruce was very nice and accommodating. He was not able to fix the paddle on my refrigerator water paddle because there's no way to fix it. It was broken by another Sears service person when he tried to replace it and the only way to fix the issue is to replace the entire door. Doors to this model refrigerator are no longer available. The water does dispense so I'm not going to pursue fixing it any longer. I'll just deal with the water dispenser paddle not being secured at the bottom.
