Don't use sears home service

They knew I had a kitchen aid and the tech says they don't work on whirlpool. Ok why did you come to my home for the $ I guess. Told me if I get the parts don't call therm cause they don't work on whirlpool refrigerators they had make and model before they entered my home, still took my diagnostic fee. Do not recommend would give no star if it was available

Very very bad

First off he was here supposed to be fixing my dish washer but pulled it out and had seen where a rat had chewed it when we had it in storage and stopped and walked out. He did not put it back underneath the counter or anything just left. I will not ever recommend sears to anybody for service. I feel like he should have asked and seen why it had chewed marks on it and if nothing else put it back underneath the counter like it was when he got here. Not to mention I have not been able to use it since October. I have had multiple cancellations from this company and then this one they finally come out to do something. The first original work order he come out and said the switchboard went out that has nothing to do with the outside top that has been chewed That has been done for months before it ever got put in because I didn't have anybody to help me put it in I had to store it. I think it was very rude and disrespectful how he did. I think him as a person he seemed nice but was very unprofessional And did not do his job accordingly at all if it was an option to give him zero versus a one out of the five star I would have given him a zero.

Joshua he is disappointed servic man he don't want to work I don't never want him to come to my house I been waiting a long time to get this fix an he couldn't wait 30 minutes to I come from work an he cancel the work order for no reason he need to be fired

Slow Service

Your repair service was slow after parts were ordered and arrived. Even worse was you AI assisted scheduling system. The work was completed, but it took longer than I ever imagined that it would.

Still not working

Our ice maker problem was diagnosed. A part was ordered but the wrong part delivered. The ice maker was not repaired on the return visit because of the wrong part. Another part was ordered and delivered. It was installed on the third visit. The ice maker is still not working. It appears to have been a misdiagnosis from the outset. We are attempting to schedule yet another visit.

Bad results

Not sure if he dropped the ball or if it was the wrong gasket for the freezer. The issue is worse now than before he repaired it. Approximately a quarter inch gap on top of the freezer with cold air flowing out! I used a towel to try to stop the air leak
