Horrible Experience
Our experience has been extremely frustrating. We have been waiting since March for our Samsung refrigerator to be repaired. The tech didn't show up on April 2 and 22. Came by on May 13 and ordered parts. No show on June 11 and July 11. He came by on July 15. Unfortunately, my wife and my mother in law didn't hear him at the door and he left. I called his phone number multiple times and he never returned my call. Refrigerator is still not repaired.

SCHEDULED SERVICE FOR WHIRLPOOL REFRIGERATOR
I did not have an experience because he never showed up for none of the scheduled dates of service. Dates and times were given but no service rendered. no explanation was given. I paid $1001.30 for a warranty protection agreement plan for May 2024 thru May 2025. Service repair was called in in January of 2025 under this plan and I still have not had my refrigerator serviced. I have been a Sears customer for at least 40 years.

Service
I'm very disappointed that he came out only to tell me that my appliance was t covered under the insurance. And more disappointed that I was charged $100 and nothing was done. I'm asking for a reimbursement for my $100. I also have a refrigerator that has been worked one more than 4 times by y'all and it's not fixed either. I do not recommend this insurance to anyone.

Dishwasher repair man
Poor! The first man from Vicksburg did not repair the dishwasher. Poor work! The dishwasher was not repaired. Water still leaks when it is running! A dishwasher part was not installed.

Service Technician
No parts to fix problem on the spot. I was told the service charge would come off the total charge. I also expected the service technician to have some parts ready to fix. He stated the inlet water valve replacement was common but yet it would take another 2-3 weeks before he could get back to fix a "common issue". I will not be using this service again nor recommending. Nothing personal against Brandon. Just not what I expected. I would have paid whatever the charge was to be fixed immediately as suggested per phone call.
