Useless technology
The AI assistant is useless. A person is absolutely unable to contact anyone or thing if it doesn't pertain to the question options given. The technician yesterday immediately told me he was not qualified to fix the issue with my refrigerator and another would have to come out. Of course he couldn't tell me if or when that would happen and your system does not provide a way for me to check. USELESS!

I had an appointment for Monday April 27,2026 in which he emailed me that he was over scheduled right before he was due to come and send me 3 dates to reschedule which I chose Thursday April 30,2026 I stayed home all day Monday waiting for him now I will need to stay home all day Thursday to wait all day for him to show up again Hopefully he will not conceal again.

Technician did not show up during the estimated time and did not call before arriving, although I did receive a text message that he was on the way over an hour prior. I was skeptical with all the screws dropping that something would not be installed back as expected. There was a problem with freezer door after he was completed that he gladly came in to correct, but plus for me! Although now that I go to clean the fridge and check out the temperatures there is a random plastic piece in 1 of the drawers that I have no idea where it belongs, I'm sure it's important somewhere. He was nice and respectful.

A repair guy from Sears just left my house and didn't repair the dryer. All the settings on the left hand side of the dryer he told me not to use. The left hand side has normal, heavy duty, bedding, Antibacterial, steam, he said don't use those, use the right side which has Manual dry and do not use energy saver or your clothes will not dry. Why i can't use all the cycles on the dryer if it was designed to dry? I can have my clothes in the dryer for 3 hours, and they are still not dry. Also lent is all around the rim of the glass door and the lent trap is clean. I was told by the tech that LG says just wipe that off with a wet towel or paper towel. Isn't that an indication that something is wrong?

Barry was full of noises and was just full of complaints. Here are a few of the complaints: I'm tired, I almost couldn't get the screw out, I had to pull lines just to get the part on. I mean he is getting paid to do the repair. It wasn't like he worked up a sweat.

Took forever to get the repair done. Parts came in a month ago. Then you canceled the appointment and had to reschedule twice. Took off work three times and two no shows third time was today after 6pm which the repair was supposed to be between 8-5. Your company needs to set better times and communicate!!!
