Barry said dryer still needs another part. Still noisy when trying to use it. Can't believe all these repairs would be less than replacing and especially our inconvenience of having no use of dryer. We have been dealing with repairs since the middle of April. This is very unacceptable!!! First repairman said parts unavailable for this particular dryer.

He arrived on time and performed the diagnostics accurately. The home warranty company denied the claim. Though that is, strictly speaking, not his fault, I can't give five stars for an unsatisfactory outcome.
