Excellent service! My Mom oven has been out for several months. I called Sears on Monday and scheduled for someone to come out on Thursday- next available appointment. Upon arrival, the technician, Brandon diagnosed the problem and had her oven fix in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service by Sears and Brandon.
