The repairman was great at working with my parents. They are older and live in a very small country town. They are pretty far off the road and not easy to find! He showed up, repaired the freezer and made it very easy on my parents. Let's just hope the repair holds. They lost a whole freezer worth of frozen peas, veggies, and meat. On a fixed income that would've lasted them months of food. So having a working freezers is super important for them.
