How about read him five or what he did, which was a simple procedure of snapping in a part, and examining our icemaker, which he said should have been ordered also, the part that was recommended by the other technician according to him, it would fix our problem, but we will see. Thank you, Sears

Kevin is such a wonderful person & a great serve repairman. He is very professional, pleasant, and easy to talk to about the appliance service needs.
