Brandon was good. I don't appreciate waiting all day for the serviceman to arrive. My repair appointment was made on January 31st for Monday February 12th. I'm stuck at home waiting for my appointment when at noon i get a call cancelling my Appointment rescheduling it for February 14th. i didn.t appreciate that, i don't blame Brandon at all.

The tech arrived early in my 8-5 window about 8:30 with a message before "on my way." Diagnoses the problem, fixed the issue, cleaned up the area and left plus gave some suggestions to keep the washer running more. NOT REAL HAPPY WITH SCHEDULING! "SERVICE TECH WILL BE THERE BETWEEN 8-5"
