Josh called this morning and let us know approximately what time he would be at our house. A few minutes later he called back just to advise that he had a cancellation a he gave us an earlier time. He arrived in the mentioned time frame. Josh was very personable and also very informative. Of all of the technicians we have dealt with in the past I would honestly say that he was one of the best.
