John is a very professional technician, I rate his service as a 10, he has always been very nice to me and he has serviced my appliances for many many years. As for the others at Sears I have been given the run around for almost 3 months, that is not John's fault it is the others who are setting appointments etc. I am a customer that has had the "Master Protection Plan" for probably at least 30 years always been pleased with the service until this time and like I said IT IS NOT JOHN THAT I AM NOT PLEASED WITH IT IS THE OTHERS ABOVE HIM!!!
