Joshua took the time to make sure that the washing machine had the correct parts delivered before servicing the machine. It turns out that they don't make the part for this particular Maytag machine anymore so we will need to have it replaced through choice home warranty.

First off, my technician was excellent, knowledgeable and efficient. My issues were with the communication between Choice Warranty and Seara home services. I assumed they would replace the dryer to the extent of repairs and labor costing well over the cost of a replacement dryer. However after 4 service calls, that were always pushed back after I would make plans to be available, they finally fixed the dryer albeit with a "new" door that has a scuffed up handle. As far as communication, it was terrible. Choice only has a call center and don't get me started about trying to reach Sears home services. Had it not been for my technician, I would've cancelled my warranty on the spot, but he continued to solve the problems when nobody else would. Maybe the corporate heads should listen to their employees and customers and they might be able to run a more efficient operation. The five stars is only for Josh and nothing else about the experience.
