Repair guy never showed up,never or called for my repair. He put my order in as complete even though he was a no show. I waited all day on a Saturday to still have a 2 year old washer out of commission over 3 weeks later!! The company tells me to call Best Buy,while Best Buy tells me to call Sears Home Services back.
