He called before he came. He was right on time actually a little early. I don't know what happened with the technicians earlier in the week but I didn't receive a call before he came. I had someone lined up to be here that lives 1 mile from me if he had called, she would've been here. Because he didn't call three more appointments were made. Joshua finally made it on the third thank you Joshua very polite.

Chris was very professional & polite. I'm Mr.Martin's wife & he explained what caused the problem & what he did to fix. He wanted me to understand what happened & how it happened & was fixed for which I was grateful. Women are all too often treated dismissively.
